| Q: | My phone/tablet cannot find the headset |
| A: | Probably you need to put the headset into pairing mode first. The headset is only discoverable when in paring mode. To do this, follow next 2 steps:
1: Turn headset off completely
2: Push the power button and keep pressed until you hear voice promt that syas 'pairing' |
